At MOON, we manufacture all models according to the European standard 1888 for the safety and workmanship of prams, compliance with which is monitored in Germany by TÜV.
In addition, we keep our own standard of MOON-Kosmos high to ensure long durability and quality of our products.
However, should you find any damage, our specialists will repair your pram as quickly as possible in our in-house service department.
The first step in this process is to file the damage at your MOON-Store. This initiates the repair process, which usually takes five working days from delivery to collection. You take the pram to the store on Monday and receive it professionally repaired on Friday.
