All our prams are manufactured according to the European standard 1888 concerning the safety and processing of prams. Compliance with this standard is monitored by TÜV in Germany.

In addition, we set ourselves the highest standards when it comes to the safety and durability of our products.

Should you nevertheless find any damage, it will be repaired as quickly as possible in our in-house service department.

The first step in this process is to file the damage at your MOON store. This initiates the repair process, which usually takes five working days from delivery to collection. You bring the pram to your dealer on Monday and collect it repaired on Friday.
